PCSI WORKSHOP ON BIOENCAPSULATION

Title: Encapsulation technology applied in food, nutrition, aquaculture and breeding
 

Objectives:

- Establishing expert working groups to coordinate research and training activities to contribute by identifying research agendas for future community research in the field of encapsulation technology applied in food, nutrition aquaculture and breeding.
- The meeting aims at formulating suggestions for relevant research topics. The expert working groups will make suggestions for coming up research topics in the field

  • To organize one symposium or seminar
  • To integrate experts from New Members other than French speaking partners and create a network of encapsulation in the region
  • To disseminate research results through an online platform and to establish new project proposals
  • To initiate and set-up a researchers exchange programme

The topics of the workshop:

-    Encapsulation of hydrophobic compound (traditional plant extract, essential oil …) for uses as functional food for human, fish or cattle.
-    Encapsulation of enzyme, vaccine for oral uptake in aquaculture/ breeding
-    Encapsulation of active compounds to produce bacteriostatic/ bactericide for application in post-harvest, food processing ….
-    Production of encapsulated food for human, fish, cattle ….
-    Improving of engineering aspect in encapsulation research in the region

L'annonce de EBSEA Atelier

Nous avons le plaisir de vous annonçons l’atelier international “Exploration de la Biodiversité pour le Développement Durable en Asie du Sud-Est 2013” (EBSEA 2013), co-organisé par l’Institut Polytechnique de Hanoi (IPH) et le Centre de Coopération Internationale en Recherche Agronomique pour le Développement (CIRAD). L’atelier EBSEA 2013 est un événement clé du Pré-projet de Coopération Scientifique Interuniversitaire (PCSI 54410PS202) “Exploration de la biodiversité végétale et microbienne et innovation technologique pour la qualité et la sureté des aliments”, coordonné par l’IPH et financé par l’Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) au cours de la période de 2013-2014.

Cet atelier est pour objectifs de promouvoir le partage des connaissances et des expériences sur le domaine de la biodiversité végétale et microbienne et de la biotechnologie dans la région de l’Asie du Sud-Est, ainsi d’intégrer des liens et des coopérations entre les scientifiques et les experts dans le domaine.

Les thématiques de l’atelier sont :

  • Diversité végétale et microbienne dans la région
  • Composés bioactifs et leur application dans les produits alimentaire, aquaculture et pharmaceutique
  • Innovations dans les procédés agro-alimentaires et la préservation       

L’atelier EBSEA 2013 aura lieu du 16 au 17 septembre, 2013 à l’IPH, No 1 Dai Co Viet, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi, Vietnam.
